  • How long until my order is shipped out?
    Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of the order date.
  • Pre-Orders
    Each pre-order date will be listed in the item's description box. YOU MUST ORDER PRE-ORDER AND AVAILABLE ITEMS SEPERATELY IN ORDER FOR YOUR ITEMS TO NOT BE SHIPPED WHEN YOUR PRE-ORDER ITEMS BECOME AVAILABLE. If you have any questions, please email customerservice@fumithelabel.com.
  • Do you offer express shipping?
    Yes, but it depends on the item’s availability. Please send an email to contact@wendyabdulinternational.com and we’ll be happy to be of assistance to you.
  • Do you provide expenses for return?
    No we do not. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we ship internationally with DHL Express. Custom fees however are the customer’s responsibility upon arrival. For more detailed information about shipping please check out our delivery page.
  • Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?
    No, we don't offer exchanges. You may however return your item and upon receipt for non-sale items and we will issue you a store credit and you may then order your correct item of choice.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    No, if you're having second thoughts about your items and looking to make a return or exchange, breathe easy. Purchases made within 14 days can be returned for store credit and you may then re-purchase a new item/s.

  • I realized a mistake after purchase, what should I do?
    You can email us at contact@wendyabdulinternational.com However we've added some tips to remember to avoid mistakes below. Please make sure you include your full address including any unit information. Please make sure the number of items are correct and are the correct sizes
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
